We did this series of photographs in Coventry Memorial Park in the woodland area whilst walking my dog.
This image needed not much adjustment, but to enhance the greenery I added two level adjustment layers and tweaked the green on one and the red on the other.
I also added two soft grey fill layers and then burned in the face and hands. These two layers’ blend modes are soft light.
Finally I added a brightness and contrast layer and tightened the contrast.
This image was taken in September 2011 in the wood area of the memorial park.
Coventry Photography Tips
I deliberately used the wide angle to bring Ste in to focus and to include as much of the surrounding greenery as possible. By enhancing the greenery I have lost some of the intensity of the brown wood chips but this is was acceptable.
